This was probably the easiest transaction I've ever done. I called Knapp on Friday evening and talked to Ryan about an Extended Warranty. I don't think we were on the phone ten minutes and I had my questions answered, got a quote, and received an email with a sample contract and a brochure comparing the two plans. I called Ryan back on Monday afternoon, and again no more than ten minutes on the phone and I had bought and paid for my new warranty, Also, the price and the features were top notch
I've looked at what the competition had to offer and quite frankly, there is no competition. Ryan is very knowledgeable about the products that he offers. All in all a great experience.

Found the GMC Protection Plan at Knapp Vehicle Service Contracts online. I was pleasantly surprised by their no pressure service and excellent pricing.
At the GMC dealership where I purchased the vehicle they tried to sell me a non-GMC protection plan for about $1850 MORE than I ended up paying at Knapp. And the warranty at the dealership was not for as many years and miles than the Platinum GMC plan I purchased from Knapp.

The Silver plan gives you more coverage, including parts listed in the Powertrain plan, plus front/rear suspension, climate control, electrical, steering, and brakes.
Platinum
Protection Plan
The most comprehensive coverage, the Platinum plan includes everything listed in the Powertrain and Silver plans, as well as many other mechanical breakdown components, other than items excluded in the customer agreement.†
